The UKE Consult und Management GmbH (UCM) was commissioned to carry out a second-opinion study concerning the planned new building. The study includes the evaluation of the strategic orientation and the clinical and logistical processes of the hospital.
The Hospital Alemao Oswaldo Cruz (HAOC) is located in São Paulo and was founded in 1897 thanks to the efforts of German-speaking immigrants. As a maximum care hospital it is one of the top hospitals locally and combines clinical experience with research and advanced training.
