Jürgen Bölling has been active in the health care environment in Germany and abroad for more than 25 years. As Co-Manager in the Central OR-Management of Hamburg University Hospital he has been responsible for the functional services and internal activation projects. Before re-joining UCM as Senior Consultant in 2020 he has been working for an international medical-technology company. His core competencies include operational concepts, OR management and process design and staff planning as well as functional and medical equipment planning.
